Everything you need to know about joining Highpoint Athletics and our youth development programs
What's included in the program fee?
Every athlete receives a ball, jersey, tee, tote bag, and water bottle as part of their registration. All equipment needed for sessions is provided - just show up in athletic clothing and runners.
What age and skill level do you accept?
Our programs are designed for athletes in Grades 1–6, from complete beginners to kids who've played before. We split groups by age and skill level within each session so every athlete is challenged at the right level.
Where are the sessions held?
We partner with community associations, local schools, and recreational facilities across Calgary to bring programs close to where you live. Specific locations are listed with each program when you register.
What if my child misses a session?
No problem, we'll see them at the next one! We don't offer makeup dates for missed sessions, but if we ever need to cancel, you'll receive a refund for the value of that session.
Do you offer early bird discounts?
Yes! The earlier you register, the more you save. Book more than two months in advance and save 25%. Within one month of the program start, the discount drops to 10%. Full price applies for month-of registration - so it pays to plan ahead.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes - payment plans are available through our registration platform. All registrations are processed through TeamSnap, where you'll find payment plan options at checkout.
What is your refund policy?
What is your refund policy? To receive a full refund, cancellations must be submitted by email at least 14 days before the program start date. Cancellations made after that date are not eligible for a refund.
